Shiba Park Hotel, Tokyo

I had a memorable stay at Shiba Park Hotel, which offered a delightful escape with its perfect combination of serenity and central location. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Reiko Suda, who made our visit easier by recommending amazing local food spots. While I loved the ambiance and exceptional dining, I did notice some wear and tear in the rooms, which were a bit cold during our winter stay.

The hotel offers a convenient stay close to major attractions like Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff that made my experience enjoyable. The Annex building provides good value for money, though the rooms are starting to show their age with firm beds that may not suit everyone. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially for the price, but guests should be prepared for the quirks of the accommodations.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my time. The room was a spacious triple with a separate sitting area, which allowed me to relax after busy days of exploring. The restaurant served delicious meals, and breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were exceptional-always polite and cheerful. However, I found some areas needed improvement, particularly the cleanliness of the bathrooms and noise levels in the hotel.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are incredibly courteous and the complimentary tea and coffee in the cosy lobby is a nice touch. However, the rooms are quite small and lacking in storage, and it's unfortunate that there isn't a gym or wellness center available.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the subway and various dining options nearby. The only downside was the slight wait for an early room access, but overall, it was a fantastic value for money.
