the hotel had an excellent location near two metro stations. breakfast was amazing! i loved the variety this japanese hotel provided. the staff were helpful giving great recommendations.

the room was small compared to other hotels i stayed at. the staff were polite but not very helpful. the laundry room smelled moldy i did not like this.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The room included a queen size bed, fridge, kettle, safe, sofa, table, and television. The bathroom featured a powerful shower, and the staff provided fresh towels every day. The breakfast selection offered both Western and Japanese options, including sausage, eggs, cereal, and traditional dishes.

The coffee and tea cups provided were shaped like bowls, this made them somewhat impractical.

the room amenities included skincare kits and toiletries i found this helpful. my room size was good for three people we had one bunk bed and one single bed. staff members were friendly and accommodating

my room was small compared to other hotels i stayed at. the staff were polite but not very helpful i think they could have been more proactive. the laundry room smelled like mildew it needed a deep cleaning

My room was spacious. The staff was polite. Amenities are good. The hotel gave guests books for relaxed reading. I found the hotel to be very clean. The hotel provided a monorail to other locations. There was a train station direct to Haneda airport.

My room was too small compared to other hotels. The staff was polite but not very helpful. A laundry room smelled of mildew.
